Notice to Unitholders of Mediolanum Best Brands

NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS
Mediolanum International Funds Limited (the “Manager”), manager of the Fund, wishes to notify Unitholders of Socially Responsible Collection of a change of name of this Sub-Fund to “Socially Responsible Investment Collection” (including change of name of related Classes), with effect from on or about 9th of May 2025 (the “Effective Date”). The Manager also wishes to notify Unitholders of this Sub-Fund of additional and/or amended disclosures providing that this Sub-Fund may implement an exclusions policy in accordance with the EU Paris-aligned Benchmarks as contained in Articles 12(1)(a)-(g) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) (2020/1818). The Manager also wishes to notify Unitholders of this Sub-Fund of amended disclosures in respect of the principle adverse impacts used by the Manager in respect of this Sub-Fund.
The Manager also wishes to notify Unitholders of Mediolanum Multi Asset ESG Selection, Mediolanum Global Sustainable Bond, Mediolanum Future Sustainable Nutrition, Mediolanum Global Impact and Mediolanum Circular Economy Opportunities of additional disclosures providing that these Sub-Funds may implement an exclusions policy in accordance with the EU Paris-aligned Benchmarks as contained in Articles 12(1)(a)-(g) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) (2020/1818).
The Manager also wishes to notify Unitholders of Mediolanum Energy Transition and Mediolanum Green Building Evolution of additional disclosures providing that this Sub-Fund may implement an exclusions policy in accordance with the EU Climate Transition Benchmark as contained in Articles 12(1)(a)-(c) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) (2020/1818).
The rationale for the above changes is to comply with ESMA’s guidelines on funds’ names using ESG or sustainability-related terms.
The Sub-Fund Information Card (to include relevant Annexes thereto), the L Classes Information Card and the S Classes Information Card to the Prospectus will be updated to reflect the above changes on or about the Effective Date, a copy of which will be available at http://www.mifl.ie/products/mediolanum-best-brands.
