NOTICE TO UNITHOLDERS
Mediolanum International Funds Limited (the “Manager”), manager of the Fund, wishes to notify Unitholders of Convertible Strategy Collection (the “Sub-Fund”) of additional and/or amended disclosures providing (i) that the Sub-Fund may invest in over the counter (OTC) convertible bonds and providing additional information on the types of convertible bonds in which the Sub-Fund may invest; and (ii) that the Sub-Fund may invest in Rule 144A Securities that are both rated and/or unrated.
The Sub-Fund Information Card to the Prospectus will be updated to reflect the above changes on or about 29 November, 2024, a copy of which will be available at http://www.mifl.ie/products/mediolanum-best-brands.
